1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using BigTibia you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
BigTibia provides hosting and a web panel to deploy and manage Open Tibia / Pokémon OT servers, with features that may include subdomain, AAC, client, backups, database, and add-ons depending on your plan.
Exact features depend on plan, add-ons, and technical availability. We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including team (staff) users you invite.
We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, create security risk, or engage in abusive use.
4. Plans, payments, and renewals
Prices are shown on the site or panel and may change with prior notice for future periods. Payments are processed through available methods (e.g. PayPal).
Paid services usually renew according to the plan cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension or deletion of the server and its data under the current operational policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use BigTibia lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes, among others:
- Attacking, scanning, or interfering with infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.
- Distributing malware, phishing, or illegal content.
- Attempting to bypass resource limits, security, or billing.
- Using third-party trademarks, assets, or IP without rights (including CipSoft or other rights holders’ IP, beyond customary OT community use under your own responsibility).
- Reselling the service without written authorization from BigTibia.
6. Content and operator responsibility
You are solely responsible for the configuration, rules, economy, moderation, and legality of your OT server, as well as relationships with your players.
BigTibia is not the owner or operator of customers’ game worlds unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Availability and backups
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided “as is” and may undergo maintenance, failures, or outages. Automatic or manual backups depend on your plan and do not replace your own backup policy.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee full recovery from data loss caused by factors other than our gross negligence.
8. Intellectual property
The BigTibia panel, brands, design, and software belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you provide, and grant us a limited license to host and operate it while you use the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigTibia is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, player loss, reputation, or data arising from use or inability to use the service.
Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount you actually paid to BigTibia in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement. After termination, data may be deleted according to the plan’s operational timelines.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing the current version on the site. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance of the changes, unless law requires other consent.
